How do I go about submitting my resume?
You can submit your resume to us several ways. You can
send it through fax at 323.551.5999 with a cover letter
indicating which position you are applying for, and your
preferred callback method (e-mail or phone). You can also
send it through e-mail, as text or as an MSWord attachment
at jobs@therightstaff.net, and one of our associates will
e-mail you back with more information. If your e-mail is
spam protected, make sure you have our address on your mailing
list so that it does not go to your junk mail folder. You
can also fill out the online form in this site and expect
a call-back from our associates within one week.

I need a work permit to be able to work in the US but am unsure
of how to go about the process, will you be able to help me
out, apart from finding me employment?
During the interview process with an associate from The
Right Staff, you will be given a background, if needed,
on the basics of the work sponsorship process. It is highly
recommendable that you acquire the services of a reputable
immigration lawyer in order to help you process your work
permit. The Right Staff will be able to help direct you
to one and recommend a lawyer that would be able to meet
your needs.

How do I go about posting an open job in my company?
If this is your first time working with The Right Staff,
we would advice you to give us a call at 323.551.5888 so
that an associate can give a brief background on our services,
more details on your job opening and assist you with whatever
questions you may have. If that is not possible at the moment,
please feel free to use the form provided on this site,
or e-mail us with your job order at jobs@therightstaff.net.
Be sure to include your contact information and indicate
the details of your requirement as this will provide us
with a basis for screening applicants that we will be recommending
to your company.

What advantages do I get from hiring your firm as opposed
to just advertising for the open position myself?
Our clients enjoy the straightforward and stress-free service
that we are able to provide them by taking the burden of
seeking for the right candidate for the job off their shoulders.
Advertising on the newspapers or online job search engines
can be costly and tedious. More so, you will be bombarded
with applicants and resume’s, and end up having to
waste precious corporate time and money looking for the
right candidate. With The Right Staff you are assured that
the only resume’s you will receive will be the ones
from candidates who have already been pre-screened and interviewed
according to the specified skills needed for the job that
you have open. All you have to do is to set up a time and
date for a final interview with an applicant that has the
required skills and experience you need. We would be able
to provide you with the right person for the job, the only
question you need to answer is: are they are the right person
for the job you have open in your company?

Do
I still need to interview the candidates you send me?
The Right Staff does direct placement to corporations,
unless otherwise specified by the client or as may be deemed
necessary by the firm, depending upon the given situation.
In such a case where your company directly hires the applicant,
we highly advocate interviewing the applicant prior to hiring
them. Doing so will give you, the employer, an idea of whether
they will fit suitably with your current workforce, and
if they complement or exemplify your company’s persona.
